Refund and Returns Policy

At VapeMalls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to help with returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following must be met:

  • Return Window: You must request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

  • All e-liquid, vape juice, and nicotine products (opened or unopened)
  • Coils, pods, atomizers, wicks, and other consumable parts (once opened or installed)
  • Any disposable vapes that have been used or activated
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us Email our customer service team at support@vapermalls.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return or exchange
    • Clear photos of the item (if applicable)
  2. Return Authorization Our team will review your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.
  3. Shipping the Return Pack the item securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. This usually takes 1–3 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund or reject the return.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange for a different item, please specify this when contacting us. We will send you instructions. The new item will be shipped after we receive and approve your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage/defect

For genuine defective or damaged items, we will offer a full refund or free replacement (including return shipping costs in most cases).

Late Returns

Returns or exchanges requested after the 14-day window will generally not be accepted, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and it will be treated as a return (subject to this policy).

If we are able to cancel your order before shipping, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Responsibility

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Due to the nature of vaping products and health regulations, we maintain strict return policies on consumables and liquids. All decisions regarding returns are at the sole discretion of VapeMalls and subject to verification of the returned item’s condition.
